Summary: Responsible for providing leadership to the Linen Services department and for management of its human, material and financial resources. This position is responsible for coordinating the purchase of hospital textiles, laundry supplies, equipment and services. They are responsible for quality and quantity of work, productivity and morale of the work force. They hire, evaluate and disciplines as necessary. Interviews vendors to obtain product information, price, and delivery times to meet LRH textile needs. Also is part of EVS/Laundry/Linen weekend management, providing management coverage on a rotating basis for Laundry and Linen Services as well as Environmental Services.

Qualifications & Experience
Essential Education :* High School or Equivalent
Nonessential:* Master Degree
Other information: Certifications Preferred: CLLM/RLLD Experience Essential: Healthcare Laundry Management experience. Minimum of five to seven years in a technical/professional role with increasing leadership responsibility. Five years or more of laundry management experience.
